Why is my employee not included on my active employee list?

If your employee is not listed on the active list, they are not considered an active participant. In order for an employee to be considered active they must meet all of the following criteria, be or have:

  • Approved by the facility and your company
  • Valid service dates
  • Have passed their most recent background screen and/or government database check or have successfully adjudicated or waivered
