What is the process if I no longer want a participant to be part of the RAPIDGate Program?

The process has not changed.  As the RAPIDGate Company Administrator, you will need to collect the RAPIDGate Premier Credential and notify a RAPIDGate Customer Support Representative so they can remove the participant from the Program.  Please note, with this new credential type, a new RAPIDGate Premier Credential will need to be ordered if the participant is authorized to participate in the Program again.
