What happens if the credential is damaged/lost? How do I replace it?

If your credential is damaged or lost:

  • Call 1-877-727-4342 immediately
  • RAPIDGate Company Administrator (RCA) needs provide authorization and method of payment for a replacement credential
  • You and/or RCA will be notified when credential is available for pick up

NOTE: The RAPIDGate program will deactivate your damaged/lost credential.

A $40 Credential Management Fee will apply, plus any applicable taxes and surcharges. (For facilities in Guam, the Credential Management Fee is $41.60.)
