No, but in some rare cases, you may be required to apply for adjudication again.
How long do I have to apply for an adjudication?
Individuals have 30 days from date of notification to dispute inaccurate findings under the adjudication process.
Can I mail in my adjudication form?
We encourage you to fax in the adjudication forms to expedite processing or you can mail the completed forms to us. Due to the Personal Identifiable Information (PII) contained on the Criminal History Report, we can not accept emailed forms.
