EID PASSPORT, INC.® CELEBRATES RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY 
COMMEMORATING ITS COMMITMENT TO MINOT, NORTH DAKOTA 


MINOT, ND – November 13, 2011: Eid Passport, Inc., is pleased to jointly announce with the City of Minot and the Minot Area Development Corporation, our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on November 14, 2011 from 2:30-4 pm at 105 First Street, in Minot, North Dakota. The 2:30 pm ribbon cutting will be presented by the Minot Area Development Corporation. Eid Passport is also pleased to report that it is ahead of its hiring schedule and quite pleased with the dedication, skill and quality of the Minot workforce.

"With my roots here in Minot, North Dakota, it is a great pleasure to be actively involved in the city and to have the opportunity to witness the incredible work ethic of our Minot employees despite the incredible challenges they have faced over the past year," said Steve Larson, Chairman and CEO of Eid Passport.

The ceremony will highlight Eid Passport's commitment and effort to rejuvenate Minot's downtown business district. Not only is Eid Passport bringing high tech jobs to Minot, it is renovating the historic five-story St. Leo's Community Center (formerly the Minot YMCA). Once the renovation is complete the building will house 4 new businesses. General Manager of Eid Passport's Minot location, Steve Carrigan, says he is excited to see Minot's downtown district beginning to thrive. "It's great for our community, it's great for Minot and I'm happy we are a big part of it."
