Steve Larson

Steve LarsonSteve Larson founded Eid Passport in November 2001 and serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. In 1987, Mr. Larson founded Unicru, Inc., where he served as Chairman of the Board, CEO and President. Unicru was a leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) automation technology, with over $50 million in annual revenues and over 450 employees, and was among Oregon's fastest growing private companies prior to its acquisition by Kronos, Inc.( Nasdaq: KRON) for $150 million. Mr. Larson has participated as a board member of several technology companies and has assisted in funding and recruiting executives and board members for other companies.

   

B.G. "Buddy" Beck

Buddy BeckB.G. "Buddy" Beck is Vice Chairman of the Board for L-1 Identity Solutions. He was previously the Vice Chairman of the Board for Viisage and prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Trans Digital Technologies Corporation until its acquisition by Viisage. Mr. Beck currently serves as a consultant to Viisage and also serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Cardinal Bankshares Corporation and L-3 Communications MAS (US) Corporation. He is also a member of the Army Science Board.
   

Admiral Thomas H. Collins

Admiral CollinsAdmiral Thomas H. Collins has thirty-eight years of experience and accomplishments as a commissioned officer, leader and manager in the United States Coast Guard. He recently retired as Commandant of the Coast Guard where he managed over 100,000 personnel, an 8.1 billion dollar budget, and a fleet of over 220 ships, 230 aircraft, 1800 boats, and over 160 shore facilities. He has served the American public and the maritime industry in a variety of safety, environmental, law enforcement, and national security missions including leading the nation’s maritime component of homeland security. As Commandant, he led the transfer of the Coast Guard from the Department of Transportation to the Department of Homeland Security. He also developed and implemented national strategies, policy and operations designed to mitigate security risk in our ports, coastal areas and beyond.
   

General Ralph E. "Ed" Eberhart

General EberhartGeneral Ralph E. "Ed" Eberhart is a Director of Eid Passport and four-star general who recently retired after a 36-year career in the military. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, General Eberhart's active-duty military career ended with his assignment as Commander, U.S. Northern Command ("USNORTHCOM") and Commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. He is also a command pilot with more than 4,500 flight hours over 300 combat missions and currently serves as the President of the Armed Forces Benefit Association.
   

Raymond Humphrey

Raymond HumphreyRaymond Humphrey is an internationally recognized leader in the security-risk management field with extensive experience at the most senior levels of government and industry. Mr. Humphrey evaluates homeland security preparedness, deterrence, business continuity, consequence management, introduction of leading-edge security technology and similar initiatives at the municipal, state and organizational levels within the United States and other countries. Mr. Humphrey is a former White House Fellow and retired as a Colonel following 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. He remains the only individual to have served as both President of ASIS International and the International Security Management Association (ISMA).
   

Governor Tom Ridge

Tom RidgeGovernor Tom Ridge was sworn in as the first Assistant to the President for Homeland Security on October 8, 2001, and then appointed the nation’s first secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, where he served until February of 2005. In that position, he oversaw 180,000 personnel and the blending of 22 federal agencies into a new Cabinet department. He also served two terms as Governor of Pennsylvania from 1995-2001. He was elected to Congress in 1982 – the first enlisted Vietnam combat veteran elected to the U.S. House – and was overwhelmingly re-elected five times. Governor Ridge currently consults on a variety of national and international issues.
   

Bill Newton

Bill NewtonPrior to his retirement, Bill enjoyed a 47-year career in the investment research and management business – the last 41 years with the Capital Group Companies (CGC).  He held a variety of financial research, portfolio management, officer and board memberships with CGC and several of the mutual funds that CGC advises.  Assets under management increased from $300 million to approximately $600 billion during his association with CGC.  Mr. Newton has been an active investor in many venture capital and start-up companies.  He is active in several non-profits in his local community.  He earned a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Southern California where he also did graduate work in Finance and Economics.
